- We issue appraisal reports for companies and individuals of different types: Fixed asset assessment, certification of values for guarantees to third parties and/or government agencies, investment feasibility studies and business assessment among others.
Type of Assessment
Assessment of Fixed Assets .
We conduct assessment for financial statements and status reports among others. We apply the method of depreciated replacement cost for a continued use of the exploitation.
Assessment for guarantees.
We conduct guarantee assessments for individuals and to defer payments to the Treasury. In these cases the machinery is assessed by its value in the secondary market, and this value has to be discounted by a series of costs.
Feasibility studies for investments.
We conduct investment projects. Formed by a series of studies that allow the entrepreneur and the institutions to know whether they are viable, can be executed and whether they will bring profit.
Business Assessment.
Our business assessment area is formed by a multidisciplinary team. Our goal is to provide the quantitative value of a company or business with multiple purposes.
